1.1. The Parties. This Agreement is made between Oksana Hrytsaienko, a sole trader registered in England and Wales (the “Provider”), and any individual or legal entity (the “Client”) who accesses, registers for, or purchases any services and thereby accepts these Terms.
1.2. Acceptance. By purchasing the Mentorship Program “Premium Клієнти”, or any other digital products, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every clause of this Agreement without modification.

2. Program Description & Delivery / Опис Програми та Доставка
2.1. Program Subject. The Provider offers the Mentorship Program “Premium Клієнти”, which includes digital content, strategy sessions, and proprietary methodologies.
2.2. Delivery and Performance. The Service is a digital product delivered electronically via email or member area access immediately upon payment confirmation. The Service is considered fully delivered at the moment the Client is provided with access to the member area, downloadable materials, or participates in the first mentorship session.

2.2. Надання послуг та Доставка. Послуга є цифровим продуктом, що надається електронним способом через email або доступ до особистого кабінету одразу після підтвердження оплати. Послуга вважається наданою в повному обсязі в момент надання Клієнту доступу до особистого кабінету, матеріалів або участі у першій менторській сесії.
2.2. Надання послуг та Доставка. Послуга є цифровим продуктом, що надається електронним способом через email або доступ до особистого кабінету одразу після підтвердження оплати. Послуга вважається наданою в повному обсязі в момент надання Клієнту доступу до особистого кабінету, матеріалів або участі у першій менторській сесії.
3. Payments and Installments / Оплата та Розстрочка
3.1. Payment Obligations. The Client shall pay the fee in full. Access is granted only upon successful transaction confirmation.
3.2. Financing via Klarna/Stripe. Where the Client uses Klarna, Stripe Installments, or Clearpay, the Client acknowledges they enter into a separate legal credit agreement with said provider. The Provider is not responsible for credit decisions or debt collection.
3.3. Arrears. Failure to pay any installment results in the immediate revocation of access to all Program materials until the balance is cleared.
3.2. Financing via Klarna/Stripe. Where the Client uses Klarna, Stripe Installments, or Clearpay, the Client acknowledges they enter into a separate legal credit agreement with said provider. The Provider is not responsible for credit decisions or debt collection.
3.3. Arrears. Failure to pay any installment results in the immediate revocation of access to all Program materials until the balance is cleared.

3.2. Фінансування через Klarna/Stripe. При використанні Klarna або Stripe Installments, Клієнт укладає окрему кредитну угоду з цим постачальником. Виконавець не несе відповідальності за рішення щодо кредиту.
3.3. Заборгованість. Несплата будь-якого внеску призводить до негайного анулювання доступу до всіх матеріалів Програми до повного погашення боргу.
4. Statutory Rights & Waiver / Законні права та Відмова
4.1. Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Under UK Law, consumers usually have a 14-day cancellation right.
4.2. Express Consent and Waiver. By clicking “Activate Access” or logging into the membership area, the Client provides express consent and an explicit request for digital content to be supplied immediately. The Client acknowledges that the 14-day cancellation right is waived and lost once supply has begun.
4.3. Refund Policy. No refunds shall be issued once access to the Program has been granted or digital materials have been viewed. Refunds are only possible if the Service has not been accessed.
4.2. Express Consent and Waiver. By clicking “Activate Access” or logging into the membership area, the Client provides express consent and an explicit request for digital content to be supplied immediately. The Client acknowledges that the 14-day cancellation right is waived and lost once supply has begun.

4.3. Політика повернення. Повернення коштів не здійснюється після надання доступу до Програми. Повернення можливе лише якщо Клієнт ще не отримав доступ.
5. Intellectual Property & Damages / Інтелектуальна власність
5.1. Ownership. All materials provided in the “Premium Клієнти” program are the exclusive property of Oksana Hrytsaienko and are protected by UK Copyright Law.
5.2. Prohibited Distribution. Account sharing, recording sessions, or distributing materials is strictly prohibited.
5.3. Liquidated Damages. The Client agrees that any breach of Clause 5.2 causes severe harm. The Client shall pay Liquidated Damages in the amount of 3 (three) times the full price of the Program for each instance of unauthorized distribution.
5.2. Prohibited Distribution. Account sharing, recording sessions, or distributing materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Jurisdiction / Юрисдикція
6.1. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the Laws of England and Wales.
